This legislation gave special tax incentives to Boeing to encourage them to move their new line of airplane production to Missouri.

The Missouri Alliance for Freedom was opposed to this bill because it allows government to pick winners and losers which violates our principle belief in the free market.

This bill passed both the House and the Senate by votes of 127-20 and 23-8 respectively. Ultimately the bill did not take effect because Boeing chose to stay in their current location.
