This bill enacts a prescription drug monitoring program in Missouri to track each individuals prescribed prescription drugs.

The Missouri Alliance for Freedom opposes this bill because it violates our core principles of individual liberty and limited government. This is private information and citizens should not be subject to this government intrusion on their privacy.

This bill passed the House, but never made it to the Senate floor for debate.
